What happens
to my donations?

belong’s Food Cooperative based in Acacia Ridge provides a daily portal into the lives of Southside residents living on the edge.

Who benefits from the donations?

Your donation will go towards helping financially vulnerable people living across Brisbane’s Southside. They may be struggling with a variety of expenses such as rent, food, medicines etc but with your help, your donation will have a direct impact in their lives.

How does my donation support the community?

At belong we try to maximise your donation by keeping costs at a minimum, we are able to do this thanks to our volunteer base, low overheads and connections to a range of low-cost suppliers and food rescue partners. This enables us to enhance the lives and opportunities of those who need it most.

Is my donation tax deductible?

Yes. As a registered charity with DGR status, all donations of $2 or more are fully tax deductible.
